Photographing wild places has been a remarkable adventure. I have been fortunate to explore many of our national and state parks, wilderness areas, and travel internationally. As a nature photographer, I feel it is important to document the grandeur of our natural world so as to reconnect us to passion for adventure and a desire for stewardship. As a painter, these places inspire creativity. There is a great stillness found within the embrace of nature. Through this intimacy we can rediscover our humanity and the inter-connection of all life. It is my hope that the photographs and paintings found here inspire you to explore and protect this one precious life, this one precious planet.
